HAND-DYING EXPECTATIONS: All “Knot Yours” Designs are small-batch, handmade and hand dyed. We care about the quality you expect, so we will take our time to match your desired color(s) with our dye batch. Slight differences in dye color are to be expected with cotton rope knotting. Please purchase based on this understanding and feel free to contact us if there are any concerns about the variance in our products.

PRODUCTION DETAILS: If for any reason we have questions or concerns about the details of your order, we will contact you directly. We want you to love your custom order! If we feel your color choices will not blend nicely through the dying process or will create a result you will not be happy with, please expect to hear from us with recommended changes. We will also contact you directly should we not have your preferred color(s) in stock.

LEAD TIME: Expect 3 weeks from the time you place your order to the time you receive a shipping notification.

RETURN AND REPAIR POLICY:

We do not accept returns as these leads are custom, made to order items.

Any defect or damage can be brought back to be repaired at no cost within one week of receipt of products.

This does NOT include damage due to a chewed rope. We have rope toys for that!

We repair, re-whip and re-dye leads that may have been subject to rough walks! Think of us as your tailor, but for your very special lead. Contact us today for a quote on any repairs.
