Return Policy

We hope you love your purchase, but if something’s not quite right, we’re here to help.

Eligibility

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible, items must be:

  • In the same condition as received

  • Unworn and unused

  • With original tags

  • In original packaging

The buyer is responsible for return shipping and any related costs.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on:

  • Custom orders

  • Sale items

  • Purchases made with a gift card

How to Start a Return

To begin a return, please email us at contact@knotyours.shop with:

  • Your order number

  • The item(s) you’d like to return

  • A brief reason for your return

Once your return is approved, we’ll provide you with the return shipping address and instructions for sending your package back. Please do not send items back without contacting us first.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us right away at contact@knotyours.shop so we can make it right.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status.
If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note: It may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.
If it’s been more than 15 business days since your return was approved and you haven’t received your refund, please reach out to us.
