Design Your Own Lead (DYOL)
Start by using our DYOL form. You’ll choose your style, colors, and accessories, and we’ll follow up with a mockup and invoice.

- Lead Anatomy: Learn the parts of your lead.
- Color Theory: For a smooth blend, use neighboring colors (e.g., pink & purple). Avoid clashing opposites (e.g., red & green).
- Color Choices: Review available options for both rope and whip.
- Accessories: Add brass rings for poop bags or keys.
Once your design is approved and purchase completed, orders typically ship within 2–4 weeks depending on volume.
All leads are made-to-order and cannot be returned. However, we offer:
- Free repairs for defects reported within 1 week (excludes chew damage)
- Paid repairs or re-whipping for well-loved leads (shipping costs not included)
Hand wash with mild soap and hang to dry.
Private Events & Workshops
Most workshops range from $20–$50 per person. Private events have a $500 base minimum. We’ll work with your budget and group size.
Dog toys, bandana dyeing, macramé hangers, and more. We’re open to creative ideas!
Tell us the vibe—birthday party? Girls' night? We’ll recommend something fun and easy.
We handle supplies, instruction, setup, and cleanup. You bring the people.
Shipping & Pickup
Orders ship in 3–5 days. Custom pieces may take longer (we’ll keep you posted).
USPS First Class or Priority Mail, based on size. Tracking included.

Yes! Choose "Local Pickup" at checkout. Pickup is at Anybody’s Guest in Tulsa’s Market District.
Returns & Repairs
- Non-custom, unused items in original condition within 30 days
- Buyer covers return shipping
- Custom orders
- Sale items
- Gift card purchases
Email contact@knotyours.shop with your order number, items to return, and reason for your return.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status.
If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note: It may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.
If it’s been more than 15 business days since your return was approved and you haven’t received your refund, please reach out to us.
