DESCRIPTION: Custom steel kiosk structure with white paint completed with custom-made walnut wood shelving with live edges.

ASSEMBLED DIMENSIONS: 9'H x 9'3"W x 7'5"D

COMPONENTS: can be disassembled/reassembled in 16 parts. Assembled with bolts.

NOTES:

• This retail kiosk has experienced general wear and tear as expected in a food hall. Minor wood stains, such as water rings from glasses, are visible in a few places. 
• We recommend completing a wood treatment or applying wood oil before use.

AGREEMENT FOR TRANSFER OF KIOSK:

The following items shall continue to be the property of Knot Yours until the conclusion of March 2024. Ownership will subsequently transfer to the purchaser upon Knot Yours vacating its premises within Mother Road Market. A reservation of the listed items requires a 50% payment upfront, with the remaining 50% balance due upon Knot Yours' relocation from Mother Road Market.

This retail display structure is sold "as-is" and without any warranties or guarantees of any kind, whether expressed or implied. The seller makes no representations or warranties regarding the condition, quality, durability, or fitness for a particular purpose of the retail display structure or the accompanying display items.

The buyer acknowledges and agrees that they are purchasing the retail display structure in its current condition, and the seller shall not be responsible for any defects, damages, or deficiencies that may exist. The buyer is encouraged to thoroughly inspect the retail display structure before the purchase and is accepting it with all faults.

The seller disclaims any liability for any direct, indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising out of the use or inability to use the retail display structure. This includes, but is not limited to, loss of profits, business interruption, or any other financial loss.

It is the responsibility of the buyer to arrange for transportation, installation, and any necessary permits or approvals required for the retail display structure and accompanying display items. The seller shall not be liable for any costs or expenses related to these activities.

By completing the purchase of the retail display structure, the buyer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and accepted the terms of this as-is disclaimer. This disclaimer constitutes the entire agreement between the buyer and the seller regarding the sale of the retail display structure and accompanying display items, and no other representations or warranties have been made.
